The Bus will arrive 20 minutes before scheduled departure. Please make sure that you arrive at least 10-15 min before departure. The bus will leave promptly and on time!
Additional instructions will be given once boarding is completed.

1. In order to make trips to prisons, 10 seats must be paid by due date or we reserve the right to cancel the trip. 2.There are no children rate/free seats.
3. First paid basis. No reserve seats. No extended due date(s)
4. All trips are fully refunded if Inmate Family Connections cancels.
5. No refunds due to personal cancellations. We will issue you a credit valid for 31 days.
6. NO CREDIT
7. Please make sure you check with the prison to make sure the prisoner is allowed visitors.
8. Have proper identification
9. Dress according to prison rules & regulations
10. NO DRUGS, ALCOHOL, OR ANYTHING ILLEGAL ALLOWED WHILE IN TRANSPORTATION VEHICLES.
11. To avoid being left at prison please follow schedule given during trip
12. We accept money orders, checks or cash. 13. Checks must clear before your travel date. (There is a $25 fee for returned checks). 14.We are NOT responsible if you are denied visitation.
15. We are NOT Responsible for lost/stolen items.
