Do you travel to ALL Facilities in Nevada, Utah, Arizona, California?
Yes. We will travel if we meet our minimum requirement.

What payment methods are acceptable?
Do children pay the same price?
We have discounts on families of 2 or more. 2nd person - 15% off, 3rd person - 25% off, 4th person - 35% off, 5th person - 40% off. Must be visiting the same person to take advantage of this offer.

When should I purchase my ticket?
Down payment of at $10 is recommended at least 3 - 4 weeks in advance to guarantee your seat. Remainder of payment is recommended 1-2 weeks before travel date. Contact us if more time is needed.
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
Cancellations must be scheduled at least 7 days in advance of the departure date. NO CASH, CREDIT/DEBIT REFUNDS ARE GIVEN. You will have a credit valid for nine months.
If you are late for any reason and miss the van/bus, we are not responsible. No refund or credit will be given.
Will I get a refund if I am denied a visit?
Our policy is that we are not responsible if you are denied visitation whatever the reason may be. However, at our discretion, we will offer a discounted rate, if there's availability after all paying customers.

Departure locations vary depending on city and state in which you are departing. Departures are at public locations. Ask your representative for more information.
Do you have departure locations in California and Arizona?

Can I specify where I want to sit?
Yes. If the seat is available.
Passengers begin boarding 30-45 mins prior to departure.
You are allowed to bring legal items only. For overnight trips, that require motel stay, one carry on bag per person is allowed. For additional information on what's allowed, please visit the prison's rules and regulations.
No. We have the right to cancel/reschedule at any time (we will give ample notice).We operate with a minimum capacity of 10 passengers.
Currently you depart from Las Vegas, NV and have departure locations enroute of the trip. Will you ever begin pickups in the Northern parts of California and Arizona and then go to the facility?
Yes. We are in the process of planning for departures in the Northern areas of Utah, Arizona, and California to travel to the facility of your choice. When completed, updates will be sent to our members (sign up on our website).
Hours of Operation
What hours is the office open?
Currently representatives have flexible schedules. For we have frequent out of the office meetings, visiting with the community, attending events, visiting facilities etc. It is best to schedule an appointment to assure someone is available in the office for you.
I called and left a message. When should I expect a call back?
Usually within 24 to 48 hrs. At times, we are not able to meet this standard due to high call volume. However, we prioritize in customer service, and understand the frustration this may cause due to not returning calls in a timely manner. In a case like this, we have special offers for our customers for the inconvenience.
